Membership Requirements |
In
order to become and remain a member of |nXa| the following requirements
must be met. |
1) Must be a team player: Skills can be improved. We are not just looking for experts, we would rather have people that work well with others, and are willing to work within a chain of command. 2) Must show a good attitude: We do not tolerate the individual that boast, swears, torments, or disrupts activity, within the Clan or in public. If you are wearing the |nXa| tag in public games, you are expected to be on your best behavior because you are a representative of the N-Xpendable Assassins. Maturity is a requirement. We are not talking about age, We are talking about maturity. There are 25 year old players with less maturity than some 15 year old players. 3) Provide |nXa| Leadership with email address: We need to be able to send you membership rosters as well as other information regarding |nXa|. *4) Notify |nXa| Leadership anytime a tardiness or absence is expected (If you were unable to give prior notice then you need to notify |nXa| Leadership as soon as possible after you absence or tardiness): We need to know ahead of time what kind of participation to expect so we may properly plan ahead of time the events to take place during meetings and practices. You can find our E-mail addresses on the Roster page so NO excuses!! *5) Make a minimum of 1 practice a week (Members that fail to make a minimum of 1 practice a week will not be allowed to compete during matches unless otherwise notified by |nXa| Leadership) 6) Must wear |nXa| tag when in Servers: This is so |nXa| members as well as guests within the server knows who everyone in the clan is. We require a team attitude, wearing your tag shows not only team spirit but also pride in the team. (The only exception to this rule is if you are in more then 1 clan and are playing with/for them.) 7) Matches and Scrimmages: During a match/scrim you will follow the orders of your Captain and the |nXa| leader to the letter!. This is the only way to make a team work. You will receive 1 warning, then you will be dropped for the map. Show up to practice, scrimmages and matches. If you are not going to be there, E-mail or contact one of the leaders before the events starts. No call No show 3 times and you are benched. This means whatever position you held is suspended until the leaders can discuss the matter and make a decision. If during that suspension you miss more than one practice for any reason, you will be expelled. If you have to be warned more than once for behavior problems, you will be expelled. 8) Playing your assigned position: Each member of |nXa| has an assigned competition position. You are expected to play your position for the entire duration of a scrim or match. If a situation were to arise in which you are needed elsewhere momentarily, lend a helping hand but get back to your assigned position immediatly afterwards. (i.e. Your assigned position is HO. Your capper is being pursued heavily returning from enemy base with their flag and needs help. Help the capper then get right back to your job.) 9) Must comply to |nXa| Codes of Conduct. * To be eligible for Competition Team or scrimms. |
Code of Conduct |
The
following are to be used for all |nXa| members while wearing the |nXa| tag. |
1) No Taunting: It's rude, need I say more? 2) No Swearing (Cussing): There is no reason to swear. It is not only rude but is very unpleasent to read. 3) Be a Team Player 4) No Spamming: Rude, annoying, and absolutely pointless. 5) No constant complaining of Lag in games: Rude, annoying, and absoulutely pointless. 6) Cheating of any kind results in Automatic Termination from the clan! No warnings will be issued! 7) Play Friendly and Have Fun!! |
Disciplinary Action |
Failure to comply with any Membership Requirements or Codes of Conduct can and will result in disciplinary action. Punishment for infractions could mean as little as being dropped from a scrim or practice and as severe as being kicked from |nXa|. Being kicked is not likely for a first offence, but if you are disciplined several times or become a habitual problem, you can count on looking for another Clan. Disciplinary actions by Captains can be reviewed by the Leader if the member being disciplined feels the action was unwarranted. All decisions of the Leader are final. Don't count on a review to overturn a verdict as the leaders are all aware of the rules and guidelines. If a leader disciplines you for something, chances are you deserved it. The leadership is dedicated to enforcing the rules and regulation uniformly and will support each other on disciplinary issues. |
Training |
Training is very important in pretty much every game. Whatever your personal skills, team skills are harder to acquire. It requires trusting your teammates to do their jobs and having your teammates trust you to do your job. It involves working together for a common goal. This means that you may not be the one getting the most kills, or getting the high-profile caps, but the victory is as much yours as it is the cappers'. |
